Stéphanie Schut

During her career she has held various board positions in non-regulated holding and property companies. Stéphanie serviced some of the largest and most sophisticate private equity houses, multinationals and HNWI.
Stéphanie successfully managed various highly publicized USD1+ billion closings for her clients.

Aside from that, Stéphanie also spent over. two years working at Prada to further support and strengthen their position in Luxembourg. Stéphanie was part of the management of Prada Luxembourg and responsible for its financial affairs and daily management.

Prior to incorporating Calodyne Management, for ten years Stéphanie was a Team Manager with TMF Luxembourg, a leading global provider of high-value business services to clients operating and investing globally.

In her role as Team Manager she continuously strived to improve the quality of services and client satisfaction by ensuring continuous education of the staff and a rigorous focus on process, procedures and deadlines.
Her efforts resulted in a stable growing team that year after year managed to beat the challenging budget and had the best cash collection results of the company.

Stéphanie is fluent in English and French. She has a Master level education in accounting and control in Metz, France.
